In Chrome and Edge:


  1. Press the keys [Ctrl], [Shift] and [Del].
  2. Set Time Range to "All Time"
  3. A new Window opens. Select the option "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached Images and Files"
  4. Confirm your selection by clicking on the "delete" button.


In Firefox


  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….
  4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
  5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
  6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.



In Safari (Mac OS)


Click on the Safari drop-down menu and select Preferences.

Click the Advanced tab. 

Select the Show Develop menu in menu bar checkbox and close the Preferences window. 

Select the Develop drop-down menu. 

Click Empty Cache.  



iOS/iPad OS


1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap Safari.

3. Tap Advanced.

4. Tap Website Data.

5. Choose Remove All Website Data.
