To resolve an issue where the Canon Copier displays a blue screen and is frozen, please follow the steps below:


Step 1: Restart the Copier

The Canon Copier will not be able to recover from this state without a full reboot. To perform a reboot, simply flip the switch to the off position and then back to the on position.


Step 2: Log into UniFLOW Online

Access UniFLOW Online using the following link: https://southhadleypublicsch.us.uniflowonline.com/


Step 3: Delete Queued Jobs

On the UniFLOW Online dashboard, locate and delete any jobs in the queue that have a file name exceeding 255 characters.


Step 4: Attempt Printing or Rename Files

Reattempt any remaining print jobs. Alternatively, if the file requires printing, rename it to ensure that the file name does not exceed 255 characters.


Step 5: Seek Further Assistance
